Rules
Hemiga is a game that stimulates visual pattern recognition. It can be played alone or with others. The aim is to identify pairs of cards that either look exactly the same or are perfect mirror images of each other. To play, shuffle the deck and lay out nine cards in a 3×3 grid, face up. Players scan the cards to find pairs. A valid pair consists of two identical cards or two cards that are mirror images of each other. Once a player finds a pair, it collects both cards and the remaining cards are again complement- ed from the draw pile to nine. There are different difficulty levels. The game ends when all possible pairs have been collected and there are no cards remaining. The player with the most pairs wins. Hemiga can also be played alone as a form of relaxation and meditation, focusing on attention and perception.
